Thiqa-Tutoring Holding Inc. built the Thiqa-Tutoring app as a Free app. This Service is provided by Thiqa-Tutoring Holding Inc. at no cost and is intended for use as is.

3.Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

8.Children's Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do the necessary actions.
9.Package Policies
Fixed Schedule:
- Adherence to a fixed schedule is crucial to avoid no-shows and conflicts.
- Rescheduling discussions should take place within the designated WhatsApp group to avoid loss of compensation or tutoring hours.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:
- You must inform your tutor and the group at least 4 hours in advance if you intend to cancel or reschedule a session. Failure to do so will result in a deduction of 1 hour from the package.
- Repeated instances of canceling or rescheduling sessions more than two times consecutively will result in the freezing of the package for one week. Please note that this policy is implemented to ensure smooth scheduling and respect for the tutor's time.
Tutor Waiting Policy:
- Tutors will wait for 15 minutes for the student’s attendance at the beginning of the session. If the student arrives within the first 15 minutes, the tutor has the right to conduct a 45-minute session instead of the originally scheduled 1 hour. If the student fails to attend after the 15-minute grace period, the tutor has the right to cancel the session.
Issue Reporting Policy:
- In the event of any issues or concerns, it is required to submit them directly to our support number for the dedicated team to handle. Reporting through the group chat alone may not be sufficient for effective resolution.
10.Refund Policy
100% Refund:
You are eligible for a 100% refund of the remaining hours under the following circumstances:- No Tutor Found: If we are unable to match you with a suitable tutor within a reasonable time frame after your request, we will issue a full refund of the remaining hours.
- Service Issue: In the event of a service issue that significantly impacts your learning experience, we will provide a full refund of the remaining hours. Service issues may include technical problems on our end, ongoing disruptions during sessions, or any other substantial impediment to the quality of your tutoring.
50% Refund:
If you have participated in a trial session and subsequently opted for a tutoring package, but then find our services unsatisfactory, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the remaining hours. We understand that the trial session may not fully represent your overall experience, and we want to ensure fairness in this situation.75% Refund:
This policy applies when a refund request is made after 50% of the package has been executed. For clients who have not engaged in a trial session before purchasing a tutoring package and subsequently request a refund due to service-related concerns, we will provide a 75% refund of the remaining hours.Requesting a Refund:
To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer support team. They will guide you through the process, and the refund will be issued based on the remaining hours in your package. We ensure that your request is handled promptly and fairly. Refunds will be processed within up to 5 business days from the date you provide your bank information.11.Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
